forth the standards and criteria applicable thereto. Resolution of Approval.
2. Review of the Redevelopment Area Determination of Need Study of April 1,
2022, as prepared by Colliers Engineering and Design, investigating and
evaluating whether the area satisfies the criteria set forth in N.J.S.A. 40A:12-
5 to be determined an Area in Need of Redevelopment without
Condemnation
