Planning Board for further consideration pursuant to N.J.S.A 40-55D-26.
Resolution of Approval.
2. Review of the Redevelopment Area Determination of Need Study of March 24,
2022, as prepared by Colliers Engineering and Design, LLC investigating
and evaluating whether the area satisfies the criteria set forth in N.J.S.A.
40A:12-5 to be determined an Area in Need of Redevelopment with
Condemnation
Block 26, Lot 2 and Block 183, Lot 1 (including Block 26, Lots 10 & 11).
